bok333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, and at any time a verification review is triggered. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bok333. If bok333 detects that a player has opened or is operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited at bok333's sole discretion.
